Terms & Conditions


 

1.     Payment Terms

The contracting party agrees to pay100% of the amount in maximum 15 days upon the receipt of the invoice.

The payment shall be conducted either in credit/debit card or bank transfer. We accept payments online using VISA and MasterCard and payment on our bank account which is mentioned in the invoice.

        The stated amount is not subject to any taxies, duties, and other costs.

        The cardholder must retain a copy of the transaction records and policies and rules.

 

2.     Cancelation and Postponement Policy

    All cancelations shall be done in written form.

        If for any reason the Contracting Party cancels the event, 50% refund will be made 15 days after receiving the

        Invoice or contract. After that date, no refunds will be given.

 

3.     Change of Event Date

        In case of Euro-Events Doo Skopje cancelation:

        100% refund shall be applicable if Euro-Events decides to cancel the event.

 

4.     Intellectual Property

       The copyright, intellectual property and design rights of the learning materials are property of Euro-Events and

       Its expert trainers. It cannot be copied, shared or reproduced without prior written consent of Euro-Events.

 

5.     Complaints and Refunds Procedure

       Euro-Events shall deem relevant the following types of complaints:

        If the duration of the course is significantly different to that invoiced.

        If the contents of a course or the training materials are incorrect or inappropriate.

        Enquiries and complaints shall be made in written form and have to contain sufficient detail to allow        

        Euro-Events to compile an official written response.   

       All official enquiries and complaints shall be submitted electronically to our e-mail [email protected]

       Euro-Events shall officially respond to the complaint no later than 10 days from the date of its reception.

 

 

6.     Force Majeure

 Euro-Events shall not be liable to the clients or be deemed to be in breach of any agreement it has concluded with them for any delay in performing or failure to perform any of the Euro-Events obligations in respect of the

       Services if the delay or failure was due to any cause such as war, warlike activities, fire, storm, explosion,

       National emergency, labor dispute, strike, lock-out, civil disturbance, actual or threatened violence by any terrorist group, newly enacted law or regulation or any other cause not within the control of Euro-Events.
